  • Do I need to be a member to subscribe?

    Yes, this pass is only offered to EMA members.

  • Are the courses only for the admission and enrollment teams?

    No, that's the great thing about Learning Pass! Many of the courses would be a great fit for other leaders at your school.

  • Can I add additional team members to my Learning Pass?

    If you enroll in the whole-school Learning Pass you will be able to add an unlimited number of learners from your school. The EMA team will be in touch to help you through this process.

  • How long will I have access to Learning Pass?

    Your Learning Pass is active for 12 months from the date of purchase. Be sure to read the full Terms of Use in the footer of this page.

  • How much is this pass worth?

    With access to all of our professional development online courses, this is a $22,000+ savings!

  • Are the courses on-demand or live?

    Courses are offered on-demand which means you can learn whenever and however you like.

Learning Pass Terms of Service

This Enrollment Form (the “Enrollment Form”) is part of the Terms of Use (the “Agreement”)  entered into by and between EMA and Customer. The Enrollment Form is hereby incorporated by reference into and made part of the Agreement and the Enrollment Form shall become effective as of the same date (“Effective Date”).

Specifications of the Learning Pass for Member Schools

Only EMA Members are eligible to purchase the Learning Pass for Member Schools.  Upon subscribing to the Learning Pass for Member Schools and paying the required subscription fee, Member and an unlimited number of Member’s employees (“Users”) shall have access to and use of the following professional development resources made available by EMA as specified below for one calendar year:

  • EMA’s asynchronous courses made available through the Thinkific platform (subject to Thinkific’s terms and conditions) including past courses and courses added by EMA on Thinkific throughout the year, with the ability for Users to earn certificates of completion for each completed course.
  • Hybrid, live remote special courses when offered periodically by EMA via Zoom (subject to Zoom’s terms and conditions), in EMA’s sole discretion.  EMA will provide notice to Member in advance of hybrid, live remote special courses.
  • Periodic professional development meetups via Zoom, scheduled and hosted by EMA, that provide the opportunity to interact with peers, share feedback about the courses, and include discussions of hot topics, opportunities for live questions and answers and may include special guests.

Specifications of the Learning Pass for Individuals

Only EMA Members are eligible to purchase the Learning Pass for Individuals on behalf of an individual employee of Member.  Upon subscribing to the Learning Pass for Individuals and paying the required subscription fee, a single employee of Member designated by Member (“User”) shall have access to and use of the following professional development resources made available by EMA as specified below for one calendar year:

  • EMA’s asynchronous courses made available through the Thinkific platform (subject to Thinkific’s terms and conditions) including past courses and courses added by EMA on Thinkific throughout the year, with the ability for Users to earn certificates of completion for each completed course.
  • Hybrid, live remote special courses when offered periodically by EMA via Zoom (subject to Zoom’s terms and conditions), in EMA’s sole discretion.  EMA will provide notice to Member in advance of hybrid, live remote special courses.

Member’s employee designated by Member as the User of Learning Pass for Individuals is strictly prohibited from sharing with any other person his or her access to the content, courses, and all other events and other resources provided and/or made available as part of Member’s subscription to Learning Pass for Individuals.

BY CLICKING THE 'ENROLL TODAY' BUTTON ABOVE, THE PERSON ACCEPTING THIS ENROLLMENT FORM ON BEHALF OF CUSTOMER IS REPRESENTING THAT THEY HAVE THE LEGAL AUTHORITY TO BIND CUSTOMER TO LEGAL AGREEMENTS AND TO ACCEPT THIS ENROLLMENT FORM ON BEHALF OF CUSTOMER, THAT CUSTOMER AGREES THAT THE ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE OF THIS ENROLLMENT FORM SHALL HAVE THE SAME LEGAL EFFECT AS A HAND SIGNATURE OF THIS AGREEMENT BY CUSTOMER AND THAT CUSTOMER IS ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF USE AND THIS ENROLLMENT FORM.
